Order Processing
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, depending on product availability and payment verification. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Mojo Monkey does not ship on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.
In rare cases of product unavailability, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
All orders are subject to review and may be cancelled at our sole discretion. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items will ship once available in stock. Payment for pre-orders is charged at checkout and cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD Orders)
To ensure smooth order processing and reduce fraudulent orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a total order value above ₹499 require a non-refundable advance payment of ₹99 or equal to 10% of the order value whichever is higher.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
Orders requiring an advance payment will be processed only after the payment has been successfully received. If the advance payment is not completed within the specified time, Mojo Monkey reserves the right to cancel the order.
In the event that a confirmed COD order is refused at the time of delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or non-acceptance, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Shipping Methods
Domestic (India): Complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders. Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
