At Mojo Monkey, we aim to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You can initiate your request through our returns portal below:

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and intact seal tags.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after quality inspection.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer free return and replacement.

Please initiate the request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for faster resolution.

For hygiene and quality reasons, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the seal tag remains attached and intact.

Products without the original seal tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
