At Mojo Monkey, we strive to offer a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. The following policy outlines our cancellation guidelines with clarity and fairness.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are marked as “Shipped.” This applies to both regular-priced and sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once verified, we will assist you promptly with the cancellation process.
3. Cancellation Charges – Prepaid Orders
Before Order Processing:
A cancellation fee of ₹50 per order will be applied to cover initial payment processing costs.
After Order Processing:
A cancellation charge of ₹150 per order will apply to offset logistics and operational expenses.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
The ₹50 COD confirmation charge paid at checkout is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider.
6. Communication
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
7. Exceptions
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In such cases, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
